Challenges are a perk in the server which you are able to complete. Daily challenges reset every 24 hours, weekly, premium, team challenges reset every week. 

To open your challenges type /challenges and you'll receive a multitude of options! 

Childish Rewards: Are the easiest rewards to (get) and are acquired by doingcompleting daily challenges

Medium Rewards: Take longer to complete and are acquired by doingcompleting weekly & medium challenges
