Q: What can I buy off the store? 

 A: You can buy ranks,crate keys, cosmetics and tags ! 

 

 Q: What if I get banned, what happens to my stuff? 

 A: If you are banned for breaking the rules, you will not be refunded. Bans are subject to the full discretion of violets, and our rules can be changed at any time. 

 

 Q: Can I get refunds? 

 A: All transactions are final and there are no refunds. 

 

 Q: Can I transfer my ranks/perks to another account of my own? 

 A: Of course! Create a ticket and provide us with proof you own both accounts and we can get that sorted
